Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping is free for all orders $70 and up. Orders less than $70 will incur a $7.95 shipping fee at checkout.
👛 WHEN WILL MY BAG SHIP:
All items are packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within two (2) business days. Tracking information will be sent via a Shipment Confirmation email to the email address used when the order was placed.
👛 I'M IN ATLANTA, CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER:
Local pickup is only available at an in-person buying market. Otherwise, all orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail within two (2) business days. Be sure to join our mailing list below to hear about our in-person events.
👜HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN:
All custom or one-of-a-kind bag sales are considered final. Sunglasses qualify for return within fifteen (15) days of delivery or receipt of purchase, with an 18% restocking fee deducted. Refunds will be issued within five (5) business days upon receipt and confirmation of the returned item. Each item must be in its original condition, as items that have been damaged, altered or otherwise used are not eligible for return. We make every effort to ensure the quality and durability of our products, but in the unlikely event that your purchase sustains damage during shipping, please notify us within two (2) calendar days of receiving the product. We will request tracking information, as well as photos in order to process the return. Once the damage has been reviewed and confirmed, we will send instructions for returning the product. Funds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving and confirming the returned item.
