🔸HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN:

 

Because our custom creations and reclaimed accessories are entirely one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art, all sales are final. Once a design is collected, it belongs uniquely to you.

🔸WHAT IF MY PIECE ARRIVES WITH A STRUCTURAL FLAW:

Immense care is poured into the engineering of our designs, utilizing secure techniques to give vintage components and reclaimed textiles a second life. However, if a piece arrives with a structural flaw (such as a broken clasp, tarnish, or unsecured fastening) please notify our studio within two (2) calendar days of delivery.

To help this be resolved swiftly, please include detailed photographs of the area in question alongside your order information in an email to ShopGnata@gmail.com. Once reviewed, specialized return instructions will be provided, and your repair, replacement, or fund processing will be finalized within five (5) business days of receiving the item back in the studio.
